Northcreek Mezzanine Fund I, L.P. (“Northcreek”) makes creatively structured mezzanine and senior debt investments in lower middle-market companies. The principals of Northcreek have over 75 years of combined experience working with middle market companies. Over this time period, our principals have developed tremendous industry and transaction experience providing both senior and mezzanine capital to privately held family businesses. As a financial partner to over hundreds of businesses, the principals of Northcreek have developed a strong and valued reputation as a trusted and reliable financial partner. We understand the importance of being flexible, creative, responsive and fair to the businesses that choose us as their financial partner.

We are committed to working with management teams and business owners to create a capital structure that enables the business to execute its business plan and realize its goals. We target companies with revenues between $5 and $150 million. We will invest in a variety of transactions including leveraged acquisitions, recapitalization, growth/expansion, buyout and balance sheet re-positioning or senior deleveraging. Our target investment size ranges from $1 million to $8 million, and we will participate and/or arrange larger mezzanine investments with co-investment partners.

Northcreek is a licensed Small Business Investment Company (“SBIC”) with financial resources of $60 million composed of partnership equity and funding provided by the U.S. Small Business Administration through its Debenture program.
