Nic Ruscello joined Northcreek in 2020 and serves as a Senior Associate and has shared responsibility for portfolio, pipeline, & transaction management, due diligence, underwriting and analysis, and financial modeling. Prior to joining Northcreek, Nic was an Analyst full-time in the Executive Development Program at Macy’s Inc., rotating through various departments with increased exposure to management. He has also completed co-ops with both Toyota USA and Cincinnati Bell. Mr. Ruscello graduated top of his class at the University of Cincinnati with a M.S. in Finance with a concentration in Investment Management and previously a B.B.A in Finance with Business Analytics specialization. He is currently working towards his CFA designation and passed the Level I exam in June 2019.
